You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Installed or opened batteries are covered by the manufacturer warranty, not by a change-of-mind return. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
What you can return
Chargers, charging harnesses, accessories, and parts can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date when they are unused and in the original packaging. You pay the return freight on a change-of-mind return. There is no restocking fee.
Batteries and conversion kits
Lead-acid batteries and lithium conversion kits can be returned within 30 days only when they are unopened and unused. Once a battery has been installed, watered, charged, or had its seal broken, the sale is final except when we shipped the wrong item, it arrived damaged, or a manufacturer warranty applies.
Do not ship a battery that is cracked, leaking, or missing caps. Contact us before you send anything back so we can give you a return authorization and packaging instructions. Lithium and lead-acid batteries have to travel as battery freight.
Core charges
Each flooded or AGM lead-acid battery adds a $18 core charge at checkout. A set adds that amount for every battery in the set. Lithium batteries, chargers, and parts do not have a core charge. The core charge is refunded to the original payment method when we receive the old lead-acid battery. Tell us before you ship a core, and send the battery upright, with caps tight, and not cracked or leaking.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If the order arrives damaged or it is not what you ordered, contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging. We pay the return freight on those orders, or we replace the item. A battery that fails in normal use after installation is a warranty claim, not a return. See the warranty page.
How a refund is paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, including a card or a buy-now-pay-later plan, within 10 business days after we inspect the return. Your bank or the pay-later provider may take a few more days to show the credit. If we cancel an order because of a pricing or stock error, we refund the full charge.

Pay over time
Split eligible orders into 4 payments with Klarna or Afterpay, or pay monthly with Affirm. Plans usually start around $50. You confirm the terms at checkout.
