Every battery we sell is covered by its manufacturer's warranty. Here is what we know for each brand. Your product page and the manufacturer's warranty documents are the final word.
Bedrock Battery
- Conversion kits: 10-year transferable warranty.

Allied Lithium

- Drop-in-Ready batteries: Allied requires its 500A battery disconnect switch (AB-CUTOFF-SWITCH). Installing DIR batteries without it voids Allied's warranty.
Lead-acid batteries
- Interstate free-replacement period: 12 months on the GC2-ECL, GC2-HCL, GC2-HD-AGM, GC8-HCL and GC12-HCL-UTL, and 6 months on the GC2HC and GC2XHC. Each product page lists its period. For full warranty terms, see interstatebatteries.com/warranty.
- Care matters: charge after every use, top off flooded batteries with distilled water after charging, and keep batteries fully charged in storage. A lead-acid battery left discharged can be permanently damaged.
Interstate lithium
- LIGC48V100: 60-month (5-year) free replacement, part of Interstate's 10-year limited warranty (years 6-10 are performance).
Keeping your warranty valid
- Use the lithium charger supplied with your kit or package, or a charger the manufacturer approves for your battery. For lead-acid, use a charger made for your battery type and voltage.
- Install the battery with the bracket and hardware made for your cart.
- Keep your order confirmation.
How to start a claim
