Interstate GC2-ECL 6V Extreme Cycle Flooded Deep-Cycle Golf Cart Battery (GC2, 225Ah)

6-volt deep-cycle golf cart batteries in the GC2 group size, the classic battery for 36V carts (six batteries) and for 48V carts wired with eight. Available in flooded and AGM versions. Check the voltage printed on your current batteries, count them, and match the terminal type to your cables before ordering.

6V golf cart batteries

The 6-volt GC2 is the most common golf cart battery. Six make a 36V pack and eight make a 48V pack. A 6V battery has larger plates per cell than an 8V or 12V battery of the same size, which is why 6V packs are known for good capacity. Order the same number you have now, with matching terminals.

Choosing 6V Golf Cart Batteries

Match your cart's voltage: six 6V batteries = 36V; eight 6V, six 8V or four 12V batteries = 48V.
Match the group size (GC2, GC8 or GC12) and terminal type of your current batteries, and replace the whole set at once.
Flooded batteries need topping off with distilled water after charging. Sealed AGM batteries don't need watering. Check that your charger supports the type you choose.
