Lead-Acid Golf Cart Batteries

Deep-cycle golf cart batteries. Match the voltage, group size and terminals of your current set, or ask us to confirm before you order.

Interstate GC2-ECL 6V Extreme Cycle Flooded Deep-Cycle Golf Cart Battery (GC2, 225Ah)

Deep-cycle lead-acid golf cart batteries in 6V, 8V and 12V, in flooded and sealed AGM designs. Match the new set to your cart’s voltage: six 6V batteries make 36V, while eight 6V, six 8V or four 12V batteries make 48V. Replace the whole set at once, and send us your cart’s make, model and current battery labels if you’d like us to confirm group size and terminal type before you order.

Not sure which batteries you need? Count the batteries in your cart, note the voltage and group size printed on the labels (GC2, GC8 or GC12) and check the terminal type. See our lead-acid vs lithium guide, or send us your cart details and we will confirm the right set.

Choosing lead-acid golf cart batteries

Lead-acid is still the lowest upfront cost for a golf cart pack and works with the charger your cart already has. To order the right replacement, match three things on the batteries you have now: the voltage (6V, 8V or 12V), the group size (GC2, GC8 or GC12) and the terminal type. Replace the whole set at once so every battery in the pack ages evenly.

  • Flooded batteries cost less but need watering with distilled water.
  • AGM batteries are sealed and need no watering; check your charger supports AGM.
