Description
Switch a 36V Club Car DS from its lead-acid set to one EPOCH Batteries 38.4V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery. It is EPOCH’s complete Big Box Series kit with the Club Car DS charge port and mounting set, so the charger, gauge and 12V converter come in the same box.
Key numbers: 3.84 kWh of stored energy, 200A continuous discharge, a battery weight of 81 lbs and an IP67 waterproof case.
Stretched carts: EPOCH offers a 13 ft harness if the 6 ft switch harness doesn’t reach the dash.

Good to know
- Charge only with the lithium charger supplied with the kit or one the maker approves; a lead-acid charger can damage a lithium battery.
- Club Car with an On-Board Computer (OBC)? An OBC bypass may be needed so the lithium charger can charge the battery.
- This battery has no internal heater: let a cold battery warm above freezing (32F) before charging.
