Replacing batteries? Type the number on your old one
Trojan, US Battery, Interstate, Crown and more. See the exact battery we carry or a compatible replacement, plus lithium upgrades.
Where to find your battery’s part number
Look at the top or side label on one of your old batteries. Golf cart batteries usually show the brand and model (for example Trojan T-105, US Battery US2200 or Interstate GC2-ECL) and often the case size: GC2, GC8 or GC12. Dashes, spaces and brand names don’t matter when you search.
How we match
- Exact match: we carry that same battery model.
- Compatible size: a battery we carry with the same voltage and case size (GC2, GC2H, GC8, GC12) and a similar amp-hour rating (within about 20%).
- Lithium upgrade: one 36V or 48V lithium pack replaces the whole set of lead-acid batteries. Six 6V batteries make 36V; eight 6V, six 8V or four 12V batteries make 48V.
Common golf cart battery sizes
- 6V GC2 (about 210 to 260 Ah): Trojan T-105, T-125 and T-605, US Battery US2200 and US125, Interstate GC2 models, Crown CR-220 and CR-235.
- 6V GC2H (taller case): Trojan T-145, US Battery US145.
- 8V GC8 (about 170 to 190 Ah): Trojan T-875 and T-890, US Battery US8VGC, Interstate GC8.
- 12V GC12 (about 150 Ah): Trojan T-1275, US Battery US12VXC, Interstate GC12.
