36V lithium golf cart batteries
A 36V cart runs on six 6V lead-acid batteries from the factory. Older Club Car DS, EZGO TXT and Yamaha G-Series carts are the most common 36V carts. A 36V lithium kit swaps that whole pack for one battery and a lithium charger, keeps your cart's original motor and controller, and takes hundreds of pounds off the cart. Some brands label 36V lithium by its nominal voltage (38.4V); it is the same thing.
