A complete set of 6 Interstate GC2-ECL 6V GC2 deep-cycle batteries, everything a 36V golf cart that runs 6 6V batteries needs in one order (6 x 6V = 36V). Extreme Cycle is Interstate’s top golf cart line. Interstate says these batteries have the highest reserve capacity and the longest runtime and cycle life in its golf cart lineup, for carts that see heavy use on and off the course.
Choose your terminal. Every battery in the set comes with the terminal you pick: S or UT or UTL, all at the same price. Match the terminals on your current batteries so your cables fit. See the Fitment Guide for how to tell them apart.
Check your cart first
Count the batteries in your cart and read the voltage on one of them. This set is for carts with 6 6V batteries (36V). Check that the group size (GC2) and terminal type match your current batteries, or send us a photo of a battery label and we’ll confirm.
Why replace the whole set at once
A golf cart’s batteries are wired in series, so the whole pack can only deliver what its weakest battery can. A new battery mixed in with worn ones gets overworked and the pack stays out of balance, so the new battery wears out early and you lose range. Replacing every battery at the same time keeps them evenly matched, so they charge and discharge together and the new pack lasts longer.

Core charge
Interstate applies a core charge on each battery when the old battery isn’t exchanged. Our core charge per battery and how to return your old set: Each flooded or AGM lead-acid battery adds an $18 core charge at checkout. A set adds $18 for every battery in the set. Lithium batteries, chargers, and parts do not. The core charge is refunded when we receive the old lead-acid battery.
