Tennessee carts show up in plateau and lake retirement communities, in city neighborhoods, and in mountain tourist towns. Grades and freezes are the difference from Florida. We ship.
Towns in Tennessee
Each town below is a place we ship to. Open it for the local conditions. Then use the fitment guide for the cart, because a town does not pick a bracket.
Ordering into Tennessee
Voltage first. Six 6-volt batteries are 36 volts. Six 8-volt, eight 6-volt, or four 12-volt deep-cycle batteries are 48 volts. A 72-volt cart stays on a 72-volt kit. Year bands second. Precedent 2004-2008 is not 2009-later. Yamaha Drive 2007-2010 is not a Drive2. EZGO RXV metal, plastic, and ELiTE are three carts. We ship into Tennessee. Local delivery is only the area named on the shipping page. Tennessee is not automatically inside that area because this page exists. Prices stay on the product page. Bedrock conversion kits ship free. Allied Lithium packages ship free from Allied.
Shipping, and what a city page means
We ship golf cart batteries. We do not publish a storefront street address. Bedrock conversion kits ship free. Allied Lithium packages ship free from Allied. Free shipping on any other brand is not something this article grants.
Local delivery exists only for the area named on the shipping page. A state page or a town page means that community is one we write about and ship to. It is not a claim that a driver covers that town. If the shipping page does not name your street, the order ships.
Charging lithium in the cold
Lithium iron phosphate batteries should not be charged below freezing unless the pack is a heated model and the heater has the pack above freezing. Bedrock offers heated versions. Ask about lead time. Do not assume the kit on the page is the heated one.
A lead-acid battery can be charged in colder weather, and a discharged lead-acid battery can freeze and crack. Store a lead pack fully charged if the cart will sit in a freeze. Store a lithium pack at a partial state of charge if the manufacturer says so, and bring it inside the heated space before you charge it. A garage that is below freezing overnight is a real condition in the mountains and on the Cumberland plateau. It is not a reason to pour hot water on a battery.
Grades show a weak pack
A cart that feels fine on a flat path and sags on a hill is telling you about voltage under load. Hills in the Texas Hill Country, north Georgia, Asheville, Hot Springs Village, and any lake community built on ridges pull more amps than a flat course. A resting voltage can look acceptable and still collapse when the motor asks for current.
The fix is not a higher voltage kit. A 72-volt pack in a 48-volt cart is the wrong pack. The fix is a healthy pack of the correct voltage, cables that are tight, and a size in amp-hours that matches the work. We do not publish a mile rating in this article. Terrain, seats, tires, and speed change the distance. The product page is where a manufacturer prints a range estimate when they have one.

Amp-hours are not volts
Voltage has to match the cart. Amp-hours are how much work the pack can do at that voltage. A 48-volt 65Ah battery and a 48-volt 105Ah battery are the same voltage and different amounts of stored energy. The two Bedrock 48-volt 105Ah shapes, compact and slim, hold the same 5.38 kWh and fit different trays. A 150Ah 48-volt pack is more energy again. A 72-volt pack is a different voltage, not a ‘bigger 48.’
We will not invent a mile number for a 105Ah pack. Seats, hills, tire size, speed, and a stereo all change distance. Use the manufacturer’s range note on the product page when they publish one, and use your real day of driving as the test. A cart that only does nine holes does not need the same pack as a cart that is a daily driver on a path system.
