ChampionsGate is a resort and residential community in Polk County, Florida, near Davenport, on the I-4 corridor between Orlando and Tampa. The spelled-together name ChampionsGate is the community’s styling. “Champions Gate” is the same place in search. Carts run around the resort and the neighborhoods. This page is a shipping note, not a store and not a local driver.
Where it sits
Polk County is inland central Florida. ChampionsGate is not The Villages, and it is not a page about downtown Orlando. The Villages is its own path-and-square community to the northwest. Orlando, Kissimmee, and Celebration are the tourist and planned-community pages on this side of I-4. Lakeland and Winter Haven are the other Polk County notes, with lakes and a little more roll in the ground. Open Orlando, Kissimmee, Celebration, Lakeland, and The Villages when the cart is actually in one of those places.
Resort carts and house carts
A resort cart that gets partial charges between rounds and a resident cart that comes home to a full charge are different lives for a lead-acid set. A flooded rental fleet that never finishes a charge will sulfate together. A house cart in the same zip code still needs the year and the voltage of that car, not the resort’s fleet. Afternoon lightning is a reason to have a dry charge port and to unplug before you work on the pack. Heat is the watering season for flooded batteries. Do not charge a heat-soaked lithium pack in a closed garage at the peak of the afternoon.
We do not publish a course count or a green fee. Those do not pick a bracket. A Club Car Precedent still splits by year: 2004-2008 is not 2009 and later. EZGO and Yamaha split the same way, by model and year band. Count the batteries before you assume 48 volts. Six 6-volt batteries are 36 volts.
What we will ship
We ship a lithium kit or a lead-acid set to ChampionsGate. We do not have a counter there. Local delivery is only the area named on the shipping page. A Polk County page does not put the street inside that area.
Lithium golf cart kits from every brand we sell ship free to the lower 48 by curbside truck freight. Parts, chargers and small batteries ship free on orders of $150 or more, or $14.95 below that. Interstate lead-acid batteries ship on a freight quote: we call you with the price before we charge shipping. Each flooded or AGM battery adds an $18 core charge at checkout, refunded when we receive the old batteries, and the core is waived on a local delivery. Lithium batteries, chargers, and parts do not have a core.
