Bedrock Battery is a U.S.-owned lithium golf cart company based in Peachtree City, Georgia. It builds complete lead-acid-to-lithium conversion kits for a DIY install in an afternoon. This guide is how to shop Bedrock Battery on Golf Cart Battery Source without guessing a fit or a price.
What Bedrock Battery actually sells here
There are six sizes: 36V 105Ah, 48V 65Ah, 48V 105Ah Compact, 48V 105Ah Slim, 48V 150Ah, and 72V 105Ah. The two 48V 105Ah packs hold the same 5.38 kWh and differ in shape so they fit different trays.
A Bedrock kit includes the battery, a waterproof 15A lithium charger, an AC charge port, a state-of-charge meter, the bracket, ring terminals, and install bolts. A 12V converter is not included. Bedrock lists one as required for most carts.
The 48V 105Ah battery weighs 95.9 pounds, is not watered, and is rated up to 6,000 cycles. Kits are cart-specific for Club Car DS and Precedent, EZGO TXT and RXV, Yamaha G-series, Drive and Drive2, ICON, Advanced EV, and Star EV, plus a universal kit.
Warranty, in the words we can stand behind
Kit warranty is 10 years and transferable, so it stays with the cart if you sell it. Ask for the terms on a battery, charger, or part bought alone. Heated versions exist for cold-weather charging. Ask for lead times rather than assuming one is on the shelf. We do not rewrite a manufacturer’s warranty into a longer one. The warranty page and the product page are the terms. Bedrock conversion kits ship free. That sentence is about Bedrock kits, not about every brand in the shop.
Before you order Bedrock Battery
Use the fitment guide for the make, model, year, and voltage. Bedrock Battery only fits the carts named on that product page. Prices stay on the product page. This article does not quote one. Bedrock conversion kits ship free. Allied Lithium packages ship free from Allied. Each flooded or AGM battery adds an $18 core charge. Lithium batteries, chargers, and parts do not.
