BOLT Energy USA is based in Largo, Florida, and is part of the Nivel family of golf cart parts brands. This guide is how to shop BOLT Energy on Golf Cart Battery Source without guessing a fit or a price.
What BOLT Energy actually sells here
BOLT lists nominal voltages as 38.4V for 36-volt carts, 51.2V for 48-volt carts, and 73.6V for 72-volt carts. Capacities in the line run from 60Ah to 160Ah, including a compact 51.2V 105Ah Mini.
Kits are matched to specific carts, including Club Car DS, Precedent, and Carryall, EZGO TXT and RXV, Yamaha Drive and Drive2, ICON, and Denago.
A 38.4-volt BOLT battery is for a 36-volt cart. It is not a 48-volt battery with a low reading.
Warranty, in the words we can stand behind
BOLT’s warranty is 12 years and transferable. The documents live on BOLT’s site. That is one of the longer lithium warranties in this shop. We do not rewrite a manufacturer’s warranty into a longer one. The warranty page and the product page are the terms. Use BOLT’s own cart match, then confirm the same match on our product page before you pay.
Before you order BOLT Energy
Use the fitment guide for the make, model, year, and voltage. BOLT Energy only fits the carts named on that product page. Prices stay on the product page. This article does not quote one. Lithium golf cart kits from every brand we sell ship free to the lower 48 by curbside truck freight. Parts, chargers and small batteries ship free on orders of $150 or more, or $14.95 below that. Interstate lead-acid batteries ship on a freight quote: we call you with the price before we charge shipping. Each flooded or AGM battery adds an $18 core charge. Lithium batteries, chargers, and parts do not.
