Laguna Woods Village, the community people still call Leisure World, is a large age-restricted village in Laguna Woods, Orange County. Carts are registered with the community and used on the village streets. There is a 27-hole course and a nine-hole par-3. A decal for the gate is not a license for the public roads outside the village, and a trail permit for the course is a third piece of paper. This page is a shipping note. It is not a store, and it does not assign a driver.
Inside the gates
Moulton Parkway is the road people use to name the place. The driving that matters for a battery is inside the gates: clubhouse, course, and the trips between manors. Laguna Beach is the coast. This is not Laguna Beach. The marine layer keeps the village milder than Menifee and milder than the desert pages. Mild is not maintenance-free. A cart that does short hops all day still needs the right voltage, and a flooded set still uses water.
The California page lists the desert cities and the other towns we ship to. None of them shares this gate.
Two carts, two voltages
A village this size often has a 36-volt cart and a 48-volt cart in the same garage, bought years apart. Label the chargers. A lead-acid charger left on a lithium pack is how a quiet garage becomes a service call. The year of the cart still beats the name of the village.
The year still picks the kit. A 2006 Club Car Precedent and a 2012 Precedent are different kits. A Yamaha Drive from 2007-2010 is not a Drive2. An EZGO TXT, a metal-tray RXV, a plastic-tray RXV, and an ELiTE are four orders. Six 6-volt batteries are 36 volts. Six 8-volt batteries, eight 6-volt batteries, or four 12-volt deep-cycle batteries are 48 volts. A lithium label that says 48 volts, 51.2 volts, or 72 volts means you stay in that class.
What we will ship
We ship to Laguna Woods. Orange County is not a local-delivery area just because this page exists. Local delivery is only the area named on the shipping page. This page does not assign a driver, and it is not a street address.
Bedrock conversion kits ship free. Allied Lithium packages ship free from Allied. Those two sentences do not cover every brand. Each flooded or AGM battery adds an $18 core charge, times the number of batteries in the set, including on a local delivery. Lithium batteries, chargers, and parts do not have a core. Prices stay on the product page.
Use the fitment guide, then the 48-volt lithium batteries or the lead-acid batteries once the year and the voltage are known.
